Mansoureh Sophie Nikookar is a fashion researcher and designer with over 15 years of experience as a freelance fashion designer.
With a Master of Arts in Fashion and Textile Design, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Apparel Studies at the University of Minnesota. She aims to incorporate cultural heritage and innovative design techniques to extend garment longevity. Passionate about fostering a more sustainable future, she seeks to reintroduce traditional techniques into modern fashion, helping consumers reconnect with the value of handcrafted pieces and encouraging more responsible buying habits.
