Course Director: Vogue Diploma in Creative DirectionFernando Vallespín has a degree in Fine Arts, specialising in design, from the UCM in 2007. Since 2008 he has combined his career as an illustrator and graphic designer at Condé Nast and Grupo Zeta.
He later became Creative and Art Director of Spainmedia, the publishing group behind Forbes, L’Officiel, The New York Times Style Magazine Spain, Man On The Moon, Robb Report, Tapas, Esquire (2007-2017) and Spainmedia Radio. During this period he was involved in the launch and creation of new publishing projects, working with BBVA, La Caixa, Coca-Cola, Ferrovial and the Basque Culinary Center. He has been awarded by the SNDE (Society For New Design) on numerous occasions and achieved recognition from Forbes and Man On The Moon magazines as the best designed publication in Spain, Portugal and Latin America in 2016 and 2018. That same year he participated in the exhibition ‘Hope to Nope: Graphic and Politics’, at the Design Museum of London, with the cover of Forbes number 42 on Donald Trump.
