Contents
Communication
Master the key skills for clear and effective communication with clients and vendors. Learn how to understand client needs, set expectations and deliver their vision. You’ll also cover strategies for managing vendor relationships and resolving any issues that arise to ensure the planning process and the event run smoothly.
Business
Develop a solid foundation in business, covering entrepreneurship, financial planning and market analysis. This module provides the tools to create a business model, write a business plan and understand market trends for long-term success in the wedding and event planning industry.
Conceptual Design
Learn to translate client ideas into creative, unique concepts. This module covers the creative process, from brainstorming to presenting final designs. You’ll explore trend forecasting, mood board development and storytelling to create personalized and innovative wedding experiences.
Planning
Acquire essential skills for time management, problem-solving and supplier coordination to ensure flawless event execution. This module focuses on logistics, project management and scheduling, equipping you to anticipate challenges and develop detailed plans for seamless weddings.
Counseling
Gain insights into the advisory role of a wedding planner. This module covers offering guidance on etiquette, managing emotions and delivering exceptional client care. You’ll learn how to build strong client relationships, handle conflicts and provide the support necessary for a successful event.
Workshops
Put theory into practice through hands-on workshops tailored to wedding planning. Participate in practical sessions that focus on floral design, venue decor and event coordination, refining your skills and preparing you for real-world wedding planning scenarios.

8 weekends:
Fridays from 16:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays from 9:30 to 14:00.
*Some activities may run beyond these hours; the final timetable will be provided one week prior to the start of the course.

Accreditation
This program is endorsed by Universidad Nebrija. It offers a unique combination of academic rigor and commitment to the industry, providing practical and professional skills while leveraging the expertise of Vogue‘s extensive network of industry professionals.
Credits
The program does not carry European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credits.
Careers
This course does not include professional internships in its academic program due to its short duration and the necessary legal and academic procedures involved.
However, there will be career and professional development activities available to you, such as:
- Group sessions with the Careers Department to learn how to write a professional résumé for this sector or how to handle a job interview.
- Masterclasses with key players/leaders in the fashion and beauty sectors

The admissions process is free of charge. Students can apply for a place on the course at no cost. Once admission has been confirmed by Vogue College of Fashion, the student must pay €500 as a reservation fee and registration deposit to secure their place on the course.
The amount paid for the place reservation will be deducted from the total course price.
You can choose to make a single payment for the full course amount or pay in several installments.
The course must be paid in full before its start date.
A refund of the place reservation fee can only be requested in the event of inability to attend due to serious, justified illness or another comparable unforeseen reason, as well as in cases of force majeure.
Loans, Scholarships and Student Grants
This course does not offer scholarships. Students may explore other third-party funding methods or systems.
Admissions
The admissions process is free of charge and does not incur any cost. Enrollment will remain open until April 2026. Places are limited.
