You will engage in three distinct types of photo shoots: editorial, red carpet, and still life.

Throughout the course, you’ll manage every stage of the styling process, from shopping for looks and casting models to overseeing the shoot itself. This comprehensive approach enables you to understand the full workflow of a stylist, equipping you with the practical skills needed to thrive in the industry.

You’ll also learn from industry professionals, gaining insights into current fashion trends and advanced styling techniques. Whether you’re looking to refine your skills for a future career or enhance your personal aesthetic, this course offers the perfect blend of education and experience. By the end of the week, you’ll leave with a portfolio of work that showcases your abilities and prepares you for the job market.

Structure

The programme spans three modules, blending theory with practical skills. It includes live group sessions, company visits, and hands-on projects, giving you real-world exposure to the industry.

You’ll be guided by an industry expert through interactive lessons and workshops, receiving personal feedback to help you apply what you learn.

The practical nature of the curriculum allows you to apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios. You’ll learn not only from theory but also through workshops and actual photo shoots, ensuring you are job-ready by the end of the week.

 

Modules

This course is designed to enhance your understanding of fashion styling, with an emphasis on practical skills and industry insights. Each module builds upon the last, culminating in hands-on experience that will prepare you for your career. The modules include:

Fashion & Trends

In this module, you’ll explore current fashion trends and the foundational elements of the Vogue DNA. Understanding these concepts will help you develop a keen eye for what’s in vogue and what shapes the industry.

Styling in Depth

This module focuses on the nuances of fashion photography, colour theory, and the essentials of hair and makeup. You’ll learn how these elements come together to create striking visuals that tell a story.

Shooting

Here, you’ll engage in pre-workshop preparations and hands-on workshops for editorial, still life, and red carpet shoots. This module provides you with the opportunity to implement your skills in a real-world setting, from conceptualisation to execution.

Certification Options

You can also combine several of our courses to earn a Vogue Training Certificate. Enroll in two, three, or four of our courses in consecutive weeks and specialize in the areas that interest you most.

Credits

The programme does not carry any European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits.

To secure your place on the course, the tuition fee must be paid in full at the point of booking. Please note, there is no deposit option available for bookings.

Students do not have the option to pay the tuition fee in instalments for this course.

A refund of the place reservation rights may only be requested in the event of impossibility of attendance due to a justified serious illness or other unexpected reason of comparable severity, as well as due to force majeure.

Students do not have the option to pay the tuition fee in instalments over the duration of the course. However, in some cases, instalments may be allowed before the course starts.
