Tell us a bit about yourself and your background

My professional journey began in the international sales department at Loewe Perfumes in Madrid, part of the LVMH group. Since then, I’ve continued building my career abroad, in cities like Berlin and now Amsterdam, where I work as a Sales Planner for Tommy Hilfiger.

My role focuses on data analysis and sales planning, working closely with the buying teams to develop each collection. It’s a very strategic job, but I felt the need to nurture my more creative side. That’s why I decided to take this course, hoping to explore new ways of expression related to fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. Thanks to the program, I’ve reconnected with my passion for writing and am currently working on a personal newsletter project: Alterelle.

Through social media and the Vogue Spain website. I’ve always followed their content closely, and I was really drawn to the variety of programs offered by Vogue College of Fashion, especially the flexibility of the online format.

Which online course did you take?

The Vogue Online Course in Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle Journalism.

What did the course bring to you?

I’ve loved writing since I was a child. Back in school, I was part of the press group and wrote articles for our student newspaper. This course allowed me to professionalize that passion, giving me structure, focus, and practical tools to write with purpose in the specialized journalism space.

In just three months, I gained a strong foundation in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle communication, which has boosted my confidence to keep developing this area further.

Which professor or session stood out to you?

It’s hard to choose just one, but I’d highlight the session with Nuala Phillips on fashion imagery and trends, as well as the beauty journalism class with Leyre Moreno. Both were inspiring and insightful.

It exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated learning from active professionals and receiving real feedback from our tutor Vicente. The content was well-structured, up to date, and the bibliography and extra resources were incredibly valuable. It definitely encourages you to keep researching and growing on your own.
