Masterclass 2: Experience as the Core of Modern Luxury, with Mehdi Bensalah
The day concluded with an inspiring keynote by Mehdi Bensalah, alumnus of the Master Vogue in Fashion Communication and currently Senior Client Advisor at Tiffany & Co. Drawing from his experience with Cartier and Louis Vuitton, Mehdi explored how customer experience has become the defining value of modern luxury.
“Luxury isn’t about selling expensive products—it’s about creating trust, emotion and memories,” he explained. His session was a compelling reminder that luxury is, above all, about how a brand makes people feel.
