Nicola Sacchi

Nicola graduated with distinction from the MA Fashion Journalism & Editorial Direction programme at Vogue College of Fashion. He began his career in Italy as a contributor to publications including Collectible Dry and The Way Magazine, and later served as Head of Communications for Castello di Rivalta, where he led brand communications, social media, and collaborated on televised documentaries for Italian broadcasters.

Now a Creative Strategist at decode collectif, Nicola works across brand positioning, identity, research, storytelling, and social media strategy, helping brands and institutions define distinctive, relevant voices.

He is also co-author of the decode sessions podcast, which explores fashion, marketing, and lifestyle through the lens of cultural change.
