Michiel is Chief Commercial Officer at i-D, leading global growth at the intersection of fashion, culture, and media.
Michiel graduated from the Vogue Fashion Diploma, as part of the College’s first cohort, and has since built a career driving commercial strategy for some of the world’s most influential fashion media brands. Now Chief Commercial Officer at i-D, he oversees the brand’s global commercial vision, pioneering new revenue streams and partnerships rooted in i-D’s creative legacy.
Prior to this, Michiel spent nearly a decade at Condé Nast, where he held senior leadership roles at British Vogue, including Vice President of Brand Revenue. There, he led strategic partnerships, brand revenue growth, and major fashion events, shaping the commercial future of iconic titles.
