Vogue Summer Program in Madrid Admitted Students

Accommodation
Vogue College of Fashion has secured a limited number of beds at Joivy San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo 20, 28004 Madrid) for residential students taking part in the Summer Program. Please note there is an additional accommodation fee, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are a day student and wish to discuss the possibility of residential accommodation, please email us: admissions@voguecollege.com.
Students will live in a single bedroom with en-suite private bathroom and access to shared kitchen facilities. Building facilities include a gym, laundry facilities, and social lounges including a cinema room and outdoor terrace, fostering a sense of community among residents.
This unique heritage property is located within the Centro district, which includes the vibrant Malasaña and Chueca neighborhoods, known for their cafes, restaurants and nightlife. The accommodation has essential services like shops, markets and pharmacies close by.
The accommodation is approximately a 15-minute walk to Vogue College of Fashion with close transportation links, including the Metro stations Tribunal, Chueca, and Alonso Martínez. Buses and taxis frequent the main streets of the neighbourhood (approximately a one-minute walk from the accommodation).
Your room is furnished with a single bed, bedding pack (linens, comforter, and pillow), towel, and equipped with air conditioning. The shared kitchen facilities are stocked with kitchen utensils, ovens and stoves, crockery and cutlery, and electrical appliances like toasters and kettles.
Vogue College of Fashion – Madrid students share accommodation with other students in their program and other students studying in Madrid.
Pre-Departure Orientation
Virtual pre-departure orientation will take place on Thursday 7th May at 5pm BST (London) / 5pm CET (Madrid). During the session, you will meet members of the Vogue College of Fashion Program Team, learn what to expect during the Program, and have the opportunity to ask any questions ahead of arrival.
Duration: approximately 60 minutes.
Admitted Students will receive a Zoom link from the Program Team in advance of their Pre-Departure Orientation date. If you are unable to attend live, a recording may be made available afterwards.
Fashion Business Course
Program Start Date: Monday, June 8
Accommodation Move-In Date: Monday, June 8. If you are in Vogue College of Fashion provided housing, you will check into your housing on this day.
Mandatory Orientation (in-person): Tuesday, June 9
First Day of Class: Wednesday, June 10
Last Day of Class: Thursday, July 10
Program End Date: Friday, July 3. If you are in Vogue College of Fashion provided housing, you will check out of housing on this day. Please plan to check-out by 12pm (noon).
Class Schedule
Classes will start no earlier than 9:00 AM and will end by 3:00 PM, except for day trips and some co-curricular activities. You should anticipate being in class four times a week to complete these intensive courses.
There are no mandatory academic commitments during the evenings or on weekends.
Please note assessments for all courses must be submitted at the end of the program. Your faculty and Program team will provide additional information about submission deadlines and requirements during your Vogue College of Fashion academic orientation.
Canvas Access – Community Page
Your Canvas Community page will be available to you in April after you have completed the admissions process. The Canvas Community page is your one-stop shop resource for all your Program details from move-in day to the end of the Program. It includes Program Team contact information, Housing details, Health and Safety Information, Travel information and What to Bring. Upon access to the Canvas Community page, please familiarise yourself with the contents and be sure to contact the Program Team with any questions.

Your Canvas Course pages will be available from the first day of the Program. This page will provide access to the course leader’s bio information, academic content and course schedules.
